1Introduction & Definitions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "Player") and fb011 ("fb011," "we," "our," or "the Company"), governing your access to and use of the fb011 online gaming platform available at fb011.one and any associated mobile applications, subdomains, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the fb011 Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the fb011 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific rules published on the Platform.

Key Definitions

• "Account" means the registered member account created by an individual user on the fb011 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of deposited funds, bonus credits, and winnings held in a Member's Account wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by fb011 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body that licenses and oversees fb011's operations.
• "Real Money Funds" means deposits made by a Member using actual currency, distinguishable from Bonus Funds in the Account wallet.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game, event, or outcome available on the fb011 Platform.

2Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account with fb011, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a legal resident of or physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted;
• Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by applicable law;
• Not be an employee, director, officer, consultant, or agent of fb011 or any affiliate, or an immediate family member of such a person;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from the fb011 Platform.

2.2 Registration Requirements

When creating an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, valid email address, and government-issued identification. fb011 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity, source of funds, or eligibility.

2.3 One Account Policy

Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on fb011. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under your own name or under another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. fb011 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and forfeit any associated balances, including Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds, without prior notice.

3Account Security & Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb011 Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. fb011 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

3.1 Member Obligations

• You must not share your Account login credentials with any third party;
• You must not allow any other person to use your Account to place wagers or conduct transactions;
• You must notify fb011 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account;
• You must ensure that your registered contact details, including email address and Philippine mobile number, remain current and accessible.

fb011 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized Account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials or have knowingly shared them with a third party.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fb011 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods, subject to availability and applicable minimum/maximum transaction limits: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT.

4.2 Deposit Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 per transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your Account balance promptly upon confirmation by the payment provider;
• fb011 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees;
• fb011 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or is suspected to be fraudulent.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's verified name;
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• fb011 targets a processing time of approximately 15 minutes for GCash withdrawals upon approval; processing times for bank transfers may vary;
• fb011 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing;
• Withdrawals of Real Money Funds are generally processed before Bonus Funds. Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal only once applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.

5Bonuses & Promotions

fb011 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any offer-specific terms published at the time of the promotion.

• Bonuses are credited as Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any portion may be withdrawn;
• The standard wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the offer description. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited;
• Only one welcome bonus is available per registered Account, per household, and per shared IP address;
• fb011 reserves the right to amend, cancel, or refuse any bonus at its sole discretion if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation, or a breach of these Terms;
• Bonus Funds may not be used to fulfil wagering requirements on certain restricted game types as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

6Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All games available on the fb011 Platform operate in accordance with individual game rules published within the Platform interface. The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on fb011:

• A wager is binding once confirmed by the fb011 system. Confirmed wagers may not be cancelled by the Member;
• In the event of a technical malfunction that interrupts an active game round, fb011 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the interrupted game state. Where reconstruction is not possible, the wager amount will be returned to the Member's balance;
• fb011 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games, subject to independent auditing under PAGCOR oversight;
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• fb011 reserves the right to void any wager placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system error. In such cases, the original wager amount will be returned to the Member's balance.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the fb011 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account on behalf of another person or entity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted tools to interact with fb011 games or the Platform;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or multiplayer games;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crimes through the Platform;
• Attempting to circumvent security measures, geolocation restrictions, or account verification processes;
• Chargeback fraud — initiating payment disputes on legitimate transactions with the intent to retain both the deposited funds and any associated winnings.

fb011 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaging in prohibited activities and to report such activities to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine authorities.

8Responsible Gaming

fb011 recognizes that gambling can become problematic for some individuals and is committed to providing a suite of tools to help Members manage their gaming activity responsibly. The following tools are available to all registered Members at no cost via the Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and maximum session durations;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 months;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all fb011 gaming activities. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the duration selected and will be implemented promptly upon request.

Members who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to seek assistance from appropriate support organizations. fb011 promotes responsible gaming in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework.

9Intellectual Property

All content on the fb011 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trade names, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of fb011 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Republic of the Philippines and international conventions.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the fb011 Platform without the prior written consent of fb011.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fb011 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, business opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond fb011's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, power outages, or acts of God;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided by third parties through or in connection with the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit fb011's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11Termination of Account

11.1 Termination by Member

You may close your fb011 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any Real Money Funds remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, less any applicable fees, provided your identity has been verified and there are no outstanding disputes or investigations.

11.2 Termination by fb011

fb011 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms; suspected fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activity; failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period; or any regulatory requirement to do so. In cases of proven fraud, fb011 reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the Account.

12Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of the fb011 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and fb011, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance. fb011 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly through internal complaint handling procedures.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through fb011's internal process, Members may refer the matter to PAGCOR's formal dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators. fb011 is bound by PAGCOR's dispute resolution outcomes as a condition of its license.

13Amendments

fb011 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, fb011 will notify registered Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the changes, except where immediate amendment is required by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the fb011 Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 11.1 of these Terms.
